Enterprise-Support for bitfarm-Archiv Document Management

The Knowledge Base provides Enterprise Support customers with a freely searchable database of questions, answers, configuration tips and best practices, as well as solutions to any DMS issues they may encounter. The database is intended only as a supplement to direct support by telephone or e-mail and does not claim to be complete, but rather serves as an additional source of information for system administrators and DMS project managers.

  • Customers with Enterprise Support contracts can obtain access data directly from Support upon request.
  • Please note that Javascript and cookies must be activated in order to use the database.
